Acceptable Use Policy — AI Content
Content standards, moderation, reporting, and enforcement rules for AI-generated images and videos on China Video AI.
Last updated: 2026-08-20
Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to prompts, uploaded reference images, videos and audio, generated images and videos, and any content shared or stored through China Video AI. It supplements our Terms of Service.
China Video AI is an independent platform. Model names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. AI output is not a statement or endorsement by any model provider.
Content standards and prohibited categories
You must not use the service to generate, upload, edit, request, store, or share any of the following six categories:
- Pornographic or NSFW content, including explicit sexual acts, sexual exploitation, or sexualized nudity.
- Violence or graphic content, including realistic gore, torture, glorification of violent crime, or instructions that facilitate serious harm.
- Hate speech, including content that promotes hatred, dehumanization, or violence against a protected group.
- Child sexual abuse material or other unsafe content involving children (CSAM). Any sexualized content involving a minor is prohibited, regardless of claimed consent, age, or fictional framing.
- Deepfakes or impersonation, especially realistic content depicting a real person without consent, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud, or deceptive endorsement.
- Copyright or trademark infringement, including unauthorized use of protected characters, logos, brand assets, music, footage, likenesses, or other material.
The following are also prohibited: terrorism or extremist propaganda, sexual deepfakes, exploitation or trafficking, instructions for weapons or serious wrongdoing, doxxing, fraud, malware, spam, attempts to bypass safety controls, and presenting AI-generated material as human-made when disclosure is required.
We may reject content that is illegal, deceptive, abusive, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, or likely to cause material harm even if it is not listed above. You must have the rights and permissions needed for every prompt and uploaded asset.
Moderation and safety checks
China Video AI uses a layered safety process appropriate to the selected workflow:
- Prompts may be checked by automated content-safety controls before a generation task is submitted.
- Uploaded and reference images may be screened by automated NSFW detection and an additional review model where configured.
- Supported generation providers may apply their own safety or NSFW checks to generation requests and results.
- Requests that cannot be safely assessed, or that trigger a safety decision, may be blocked, delayed, or sent for review. We may use account, task, device, and usage-pattern signals to detect abuse.
- Reports and escalations are reviewed by our support or trust-and-safety operators when additional human review is required.
Automated checks are not perfect and are not a guarantee that every unsafe output will be detected before access. Do not rely on the service as a substitute for your own review, legal assessment, or rights clearance.
Reporting
Report suspected violations, unsafe content, non-consensual deepfakes, child-safety concerns, impersonation, or copyright/trademark issues to support@chinavideoai.com with the subject line Content Safety Report.
Include the page or task URL, task ID, account email, a description of the concern, and any rights or authorization information that helps us review it. Do not email child sexual abuse material or other illegal content as an attachment. For urgent child-safety or imminent-harm concerns, contact the relevant emergency or law-enforcement authority and notify us with a safe reference to the content.
We keep reports confidential where reasonably possible, review them objectively, and may limit or reject abusive or knowingly false reports. If you believe your content was incorrectly blocked, contact the same address with the task ID and an explanation for review.
Enforcement
Depending on severity, confidence, user history, and applicable law, we may:
- block a prompt, upload, task, or output;
- remove or restrict access to content;
- issue a warning or limit features, models, or generation volume;
- suspend or permanently terminate an account;
- preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful requests or report suspected illegal activity to authorities.
We may take immediate action for child-safety violations, non-consensual sexual deepfakes, terrorism, serious threats, fraud, or other severe harm. Enforcement under this policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under the Terms of Service or applicable law.
