Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum age required to enter a binding agreement where you live, whichever is higher.

Description of Service

China Video AI provides software for AI video generation workflows, including prompt input, reference image handling, credit-based rendering, billing, downloads, and account management. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Upload reference images, prompts, or other materials you do not have the right to use.
• Generate deceptive, unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

AI image and video generation is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy — AI Content. You must not use the service to generate or share pornography/NSFW content, violence or graphic gore, hate speech, child sexual abuse material or other unsafe content involving children (CSAM), deepfakes or impersonation of real people without consent, or content that infringes copyright or trademarks. This includes attempts to use prompts, uploads, edits, model settings, or other workflows to bypass safety controls.

We may block a prompt, upload, task, or result; remove or restrict content; limit features; suspend or terminate an account; preserve records; and cooperate with lawful requests or report suspected illegal activity. Severe child-safety violations, non-consensual sexual deepfakes, terrorism, serious threats, and fraud may result in immediate action.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period or credit pack. Credits may be consumed when generation jobs are submitted, and failed jobs may be refunded according to the product logic configured for the service. See our Refund Policy for eligible refunds, cancellation, and request instructions.

If you believe a payment, renewal, or credit balance is incorrect, contact support@chinavideoai.com before opening a payment dispute where reasonably possible. Include the account email, order number, transaction date, amount, and a description of the issue. We will review the checkout and entitlement records and respond to ordinary billing requests within 1–2 business days.

Generated Content

You are responsible for the prompts, uploaded images, and generated outputs you create through the service. AI video results can vary and may require review before publication. You should confirm that your outputs comply with applicable laws, platform policies, product terms, and usage rules before using them commercially.

Depending on the selected workflow, the service may use third-party AI models or processing services, including model brands such as ByteDance/Seedance, Kuaishou/Kling, Google, OpenAI, and Alibaba/Wan. Availability, output quality, usage rights, and retention may vary by model. China Video AI is not affiliated with those model owners unless expressly stated on the relevant product page.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain responsibility for the rights to your prompts and uploaded material. Subject to these Terms and the selected model's terms, we do not claim ownership of your generated output. You grant us a limited permission to process submitted material only as needed to provide, secure, support, and maintain the service, unless you separately agree to another use.

Privacy and Data

Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy. The service may send prompts, generation settings, and necessary reference material to the third-party model or processing service selected for a task. We do not store complete payment-card numbers on our servers.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
